Nashville Warehouse Co.

Nashville Warehouse Company, a mixed-use project featuring 305 residential apartments, 200,000 square feet of creative office space, and an acre of communal green space, is a gorgeous building developed by the team at AJ Capital Partners.

We were asked to provide updated branding, marketing assets, and supporting environmental design, including building signage and wayfinding. Inspired by the look and feel of an old train station, the building’s architecture naturally lent itself to an elevated industrial aesthetic.
